The CMHP Council is happy to endorse the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS) updated professional standards for hospital pharmacy services which were published earlier this year.
The revised standards will help improve current services, shape future services and deliver safer, high quality patient care.
We were delighted to have CMHP members in the external reference group, ensuring that mental health was given due consideration as the standards were developed. We encourage members to have a look a the standards and the additional resources and guidance that RPS have published.

This contains the newly updated Standards Handbook with links to additional resources and guidance that support the standards.
